Culture is important. No, not afternoon tea and cucumber sandwiches but organisational culture. Often seen as a concern of global businesses and government departments, in fact every enterprise, from largest to smallest, has one, whether it likes it or not. The question is, do you want to have some input into yours or just leave it to chance? So, what is organisational culture?
